Title: NOTE 1.BASIS OF PRESENTATION Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the modified accrual basis of accounting as used in the governmental financial statements. Such expenditures are recognized following, as applicable, either the cost principles in Office of Management and Budget Circular A-122, Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, or the cost principles contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Award, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The School District did not utilize an indirect cost rate as allowed under Uniform Guidance The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (Schedule) includes the federal grant activity of Mineral County (County) under programs of the federal government for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
