Rate Explanation: Health Outreach Partners does not have an indirect cost rate for the federal grant. All expenses are allocated to federal expenses as a direct cost, thus Health Outreach Partners has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
