Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal and State Awards (the "Schedule") includes the federal award activity of We Care. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: We Care Services for Children has elected not to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal activity of We Care Services for Children (We Care) for the year ended June 30, 2021 and is presented in the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance. We Care received federal awards that were passed through from various governmental agencies, which are included on the Schedule of Federal Awards.

We Care's significant accounting policies is presented in Note 2 in We Care's basic financial statements.
