Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal award of Sexual Assault Counseling and Information Service for the year ended June 30, 2023. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies as well as federal awards passed through other government agencies are included on the schedule. Because the schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Sexual Assault Counseling and Information Service's, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Corporation. Therefore, some amounts presented on this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements. There were no federal awards expended in the form of noncash assistance, and there were no insurance programs in effect during the year or loans/loan guarantees outstanding at year end. No federal awards were provided to subrecipients. The entity elected to use the 10% de minimus indirect cost rate.
