Accounting Policies: This schedule is prepared on the same basis of accounting as the Organization’s financial statements. The Organization uses the accrual basis of accounting.

Rate Explanation: Some expenses are attributable to one or more programs or supporting functions of the Organization. These expenses include facilities, insurance, supplies and depreciation and are allocated based on full time equivalents. Payroll and related costs are allocated based on time spent on each function. Postage and printing are allocated based on usage by department.
