The information is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Authority, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Authority.

At the beginning of the year, the Authority had an outstanding loan balance of $1,158,801 which was paid off during the year ended June 30, 2023. As such, this loan is not included in the Schedule. Expenditures reported in this Schedule consist of the advances made during the year on the construction loan of $12,760,648 plus expenditures incurred through June 30, 2023 with advances made subsequent to year end of $7,370,078 reduced by the amount of the interest reserve account of $2,887,951 for total expenditures included on the Schedule of $17,242,775. The outstanding loan balance as of June 30, 2023 was $12,760,648.
