Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of the City of Lander, Wyoming and is presented on the modified accrual basis of accounting, except for amounts presented under the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which are presented on the accrual basis. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Guidance, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations.

Rate Explanation: The City is eligible to apply a 10% de minimus indirect cost rate on certain grants that have been awarded. The City has evaluated the application of indirect costs on a grant-by-grant basis.
