The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.The expenditures in the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards are in agreement with the amounts reported in the financial statements and reports submitted to the Department of Health and Human Services. Although some grant awards are for different periods than the Center's fiscal year, all expenditures in the schedule are for the year ended March 31, 2022. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. COMMUNITY FACILITIES LOANS AND GRANTS (10.766) - Balances outstanding at the end of the audit period were 4141536.
