The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) Uniform Guidance and includes awards received directly from federal agencies as well as federal awards passed through other government agencies. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards is presented using the accrual basis of accounting. Revenue is recognized when earned and expenditures are recognized when incurred. Revenues are reported only to the extent of expenditures for the current year. Federal receivables represent amounts expended in excess of that received. The College has elected not to use the 10-percent de Minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. See the Notes to the SEFA for chart/table
