Rate Explanation: King County Sexual Assault Resource Center has a negotiated indirect cost rate for use on federal grants and contracts. For 2022, the negotiated rate is 35.8% based on Modified Total Direct Costs. As such, the organization is not eligible to elect use of the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate.
