Title: Contingencies Accounting Policies: General - The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal awards programs of Navigate Affordable Housing Partners, Inc. (the Corporation). The Corporation reporting entity is defined in Note 1 to the Corporations basic financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies are included in the schedule. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, Audits of State, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations. Basis of Accounting - The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards is presented using the accrual basis of accounting for awards recorded in the Corporations proprietary fund type which is described in Note 1 to the Corporations basic financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. Grant monies received and disbursed by the Corporation are for specific purposes and are subject to review by the grantor or agencies. Such audits may result in requests for reimbursement due to disallowed expenditures. Based upon prior experience, the Corporation does not believe that such disallowances, if any, would have a material effect on the financial position of the Corporation.
