Accounting Policies: Catapult Learning West, LLC (the Company) was incorporated in 2010 and provides educational services at various locations throughout the United States of America. The Company has entered into a contract with Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) to provide services to eligible City of Milwaukee students enrolled in non-public schools under Title IA, Title IIA, Title IIIA, Title IVA, Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) and Governor's Emergency Education Relief ("GEER") federal programs. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant expenditures of the MPS programs and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the program-specific audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), as all funds were received under the same MPS contract
