Certain program clusters (Food Distribution Cluster, WIOA Cluster, and Aging Cluster) were treated as single programs for determining major programs.

As a result of information obtained during 2022, adjustments to the beginning receivable (deferral) balances were necessary for various CFDAs. Total adjustments were in the amount of $91,751.
