Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting.Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the UniformGuidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as toreimbursement. Negative amounts shown on the Schedule represent adjustments or creditsmade in the normal course of business to amounts reported as expenditures in prior year.

The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal grant activity of Oriana House, Inc., and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements. The financial statements reflect revenue recognized from the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) period 4 funding of $588,741 for the year ended December 31, 2021. The Schedule includes PRF of $588,741 that were received in PRF Periods 3 and 4 in accordance with the requirements of the compliance supplement for assistance listing number 93.498.
