Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal and state awards (the Schedule) includes the federal andstate grant activity of Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. (the Center). The information in the Schedule ispresented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, UniformAdministrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the UniformGuidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Center, it is not intendedto and does not present the financial position and statements of operations and changes in net assets or cash flowsof the Center.Expenditures reported in the accompanying Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Suchexpenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain typesof expenditures are not allowed or are limited as to reimbursement.
