Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, wherein certain types of expenditures may or may not be allowable or may be limited as to reimbursement. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The Organization reports commodities consumed on the Schedule at fair value. The Organization received food commodities of $83,342 through Hunger Task Force under the Food Distribution Cluster (CFDA #10.565 and 10.569).
