Accounting Policies: NOTE A - BASIS OF PRESENTATIONThe accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes federal award activity ofthe Project and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this scheduleis presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U. S. Code of Federal RegulationsPart 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements forFederal Awards ("Uniform Guidance"). Because the Schedule presented only a selected portionof the operations of the Project, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position,changes in net assets or cash flows of the Project.NOTE B - SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIESExpenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Suchexpenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance,wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
