The reporting entity of the Tribe isdefined in Note 2 to the Tribe's financial statements. All federal assistance subject to the single audit act,whether directly received or passed through other governments or agencies, is included in this schedule.NOTE 2 BASIS OF ACCOUNTINGThe accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards is presented using the modified accrual basisof accounting, which is described in Note 2 to the Tribe's financial statements. The information in this scheduleis presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, UniformAdministrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
