De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The federal expenditures for capital advances and loans are the balances of advances and loans from the previous years for which compliance requirements continue. At June 30, 2022, the outstanding capital advances and loan balances totaled $12,456,403.
