Provider Relief Fund The Organization has received and expended $756,523 though the CARES act provider relief fund. These funds were received in November and December 2021. These funds will be reported on future provider relief reports and have not been included on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.The Organization reported $2,534,996 on its Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards. This amount is based on the Period 1 (April 10, 2020 to June 30, 2020) PRF report that is required to be submitted to the Health Resources and Services Administration reporting portal. These funds were received in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021 and reported as revenue on the Organizations Statement of Activities for that fiscal year in accordance with GAAP.

Donated Personal Protective Equipment During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022 the Organization received non-cash assistance in the form of PPE and covid home tests valued at $402,883 from HRSA. In accordance with guidance provided by the 2021 Compliance Supplement, these amounts were not included as expenditures on the schedule of expenditures of federal awards.
