The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in financial position, or cash flows of the Organization.

Wright County Community Action Inc, assists the State of Minnesota with eligibility determinations for certain Federal programs. These programs include WIC Vouchers and EAP fuel payments. The total amount of WIC vouchers issued by Wright County Community Action and expended through the State of Minnesota during the year ended September 30, 2022 was $1,353,752. The total amount of EAP fuel payments authorized by Wright County Community Action and paid by the State of Minnesota during the year ended September 30, 2022 was $2,896,491 for primary heat and crisis heat. These amounts are not considered Federal awards to Wright County Community Action and are not included on the accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
