Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activities of federal award programs expended by Wright County Community Action, Inc. Wright County Community Action, Inc.'s reporting entity is defined in Note 1 to the financial statements.

Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Subpart E - Cost Principles, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowed or are limited as to reimbursement. Wright County Community Action Inc, assists the State of Minnesota with eligibility determinations for certain Federal programs. These programs include WIC Vouchers and EAP fuel payments. The total amount of WIC vouchers issued by Wright County Community Action and expended through the State of Minnesota during the year ended September 30, 2022 was $1,353,752. The total amount of EAP fuel payments authorized by Wright County Community Action and paid by the State of Minnesota during the year ended September 30, 2022 was $2,896,491 for primary heat and crisis heat. These amounts are not considered Federal awards to Wright County Community Action and are not included on the accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
