Title: Matching Cost
Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting in accordance with GAAP. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: Indirect costs are included in the reported expenditures to the extent they are included in the federal financial reports for each program. The Agency has not elected to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
Matching costs, i.e., the Agency’s share of certain program costs, are not included in the reported expenditures.
