Special Education funds were used, in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, to help provide education and related services needed to make a free public education available to all eligible children. Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER) grant provides State Education Agencies, and their local educational agencies, with emergency relief funds to address the impact that COVID-19 has had - and continues to have - on elementary and secondary schools across the country.
