The information in this schedule ispresented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of FederalRegulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, andAudit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedulepresents only a selected portion of the operations of the City of Encinitas, it is notintended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net position orcash flows of the City of Encinitas. The City did not use the 10% de minimis indirectcost rate as covered in section 200.414 of the Uniform Guidance.
