Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The City has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The City received and expended USDA donated commodities of $159,914 and $90,004 under the National School Lunch Program and the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program, respectively
