NOTE 3 - BASIS OF PRESENTATIONThe accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) includes the federal awardactivity of the Board under programs of the Federal government for the year ended June 30, 2022. Theinformation in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of FederalRegulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirementsfor Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of theoperations of the Board, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position and changes in netposition of the Board.

Commoditiesare valued based on amounts as established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.For the year ended June 30, 2022, total expenditures were $802,541.
