Accounting Policies: NOTE 1. BASIS OF PRESENTATIONThe accompanying schedule is presented on the accrual basis of accounting, which is the same basis of accountingused for financial reporting purposes. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance withrequirements of OMB Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations andTitle 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles,and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ fromthe amounts presented in, or used in the preparation, of the consolidated financial statements. NOTE 2. PROGRAM SCHEDULESProgram schedules are included for all grants, contracts, and projects with ending dates that occurred during thereporting period January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Because CAPNM administers programs withvarying ending dates, the schedules that follow are based upon the program period. Many of the programs startedin the previous year (2021), but were completed in the current year and, consequently; amounts shown differ fromamounts reported in the accompanying financial statements.
