De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS_SECTION 108 LOAN GUARANTEES (14.248) - Balances outstanding at the end of the audit period were 204000. The City of North Adams, Massachusetts has guaranteed loans outstanding under the Community Development Block Grant Section 108 Loan Guarantees program. The City had $204,000 outstanding as of June 30, 2022. During fiscal year 2022, the City paid $210,000 principal and $7,466 interest on the loans. The loans mature through August 1, 2022. The loan costs are reimbursed to the City from the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, Inc., through a loan receivable agreement.
