Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. 2) Pass-through entity contract numbers are presented where available. 3) There were no federal awards passed through to subrecipients. 4) The City has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance. 5) Non-monetary assistance is reported in the Schedule at the fair market value of the commodities received and disbursed.
