Title: Note 2 - U.S. Department of Agriculture Community Facilities Loans and Grants Program
Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal and state grant activity of Ouachita Enrichment Centers,
Inc. (the Organization) under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2023. The information in this Schedule is
presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements,
Cost of Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of
the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the
Organization. The Schedule is presented on the accrual basis of accounting.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: The Organization does not use the de minimis indirect cost rate.
The Organization received a loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development and the balance as of July 1, 2022, of
$1,210,648 is included in the schedule of expenditures of federal awards.
