Title: PURPOSE OF SCHEDULES Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards is presented using the accrual basis of accounting, which is described in Note 1 to the District’s basic financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The District has elected not to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards The audit of the District for the year ended June 30, 2023, was conducted in accordance with Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), which requires disclosure of the financial activities of all federally funded programs. To comply with Uniform Guidance, the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards was prepared by the District.  General – The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal award programs of the District.
