Accounting Policies: Note B - Summary of Significant Accounting Policies
(1) Expenditures reported on the Schedule for the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds are
reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles
contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited
as to reimbursement.
(2) Cost Principles do not apply to the Provider Relief Fund (PRF). Charges to the PRF must be necessary,
reasonable, accorded consistent treatment, and conform to the limitations and exclusions of the terms and
conditions of the award.
(3) Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where applicable.
