Title: Matching Revenues
Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards presents the activity of all federal awards programs of the Capital Region Planning Commission (the Commission), Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Commission's reporting entity is defined in Note 1 of the Commission's financial statements. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies, as well as federal awards passed through other government agencies are included on the schedule. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal award activity of Capital Region Planning Commission and is presented on the modified accrual basis of accounting.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: The Capital Region Planning Commission has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis cost rate.
For those funds that have matching revenues and state funding, federal expenditures were determined by deducting matching revenues from total expenditures.
